Every session opens with guided breathing. Friday sharpens it for training, Saturday slows it down for connection and stress resilience, Sunday takes it outside. It is the thread that ties performance, recovery and community together, and the piece we share with Cold Club.
Your first Friday or Saturday session costs nothing. After that, pay per class or pick up a five pack. Sunday never costs anything. Paid at the door for now; online payment is coming.

Certified breath and cold guides from GMA and the Cold Club network. A different guide leads most weekends; Cold Club weekends happen the first weekend of each month.
Matt has spent two decades teaching executives, athletes, military personnel and people facing serious health challenges how to work with stress instead of against it. He founded Cold Club and built its Adaptive Stress Training approach around breathwork, cold and heat, fasting and movement. He has taught thousands of participants and trained instructors around the world. At Kinect he leads the practice and sets the standard for every guide.
Full bio on Cold Club →Jeb spent twenty years running large kitchens under pressure and saw what unmanaged stress does to a body and a team. He now guides individuals, families and groups through breath led recovery, cold plunge and contrast work, and the intentional food gatherings that keep a community together. Practical tools, no mysticism. If there is a BBQ on a Saturday, it is his.
Full bio on Cold Club →Negar brings the quiet side of the practice: slow guided breathing, group connection and the meditations that close the Sunday outings. She came to breathwork through her own search for calm in a demanding career and now teaches it as something anyone can learn in a morning. Expect a soft voice and a room that leaves lighter than it arrived.
Cold Club leads the Friday and Saturday sessions. Reserve early, these fill first.
Most of us train alone, recover alone and carry stress alone. Kinect is a weekly reason to do those things with other people: breathe in a room together, get cold together, walk out into the trees together. The practice is the excuse. The people are the point.
